Reggie is a founding partner of The Promise Venture and is the Managing Director of JENGA Capital Funds, partnering with founders and CEOs in the lower middle-market. Reggie is driven by a passion for growing and scaling organizations, building winning teams and creating an inclusive culture.

He began his 20+ years in Fortune 100 companies at General Electric, having progressed through diverse finance roles across GE businesses. At GE Healthcare, he led a market from $300M to $400M in revenue. At Biogen, he led the commercial launch of the first disease modifying therapy for the treatment of Alzheimer’s. He actively contributes to multiple boards and professional associations.
