John F. Terry

John is the Founder and President of ChurchillTerry, established in 1995, offering financial advisory and consulting to middle-market firms’ C-suite. As an entrepreneur and investor, he co-founded successful ventures, providing early-stage funding. With 23 years as an Adjunct Professor at SMU’s Cox School of Business, he teaches entrepreneurship and finance. As Fund Manager for the SMU MBA Venture Fund, he handles deal analysis and development.

John is an NBC Dallas contributor on finance, quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek, Inc., Entrepreneur, and major newspapers. He moderates panels on finance, entrepreneurship, and strategy, also presenting at the Texas Society of CPAs.
